At HALE we want you to be happy with your order! If you feel the need to return or exchange your items, you can send them back to us within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, inside its bag and with all tags still attached.
How can I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange you must follow the instructions below.
You must send an email at email@example.com with the following details:
- order number
The item must be sent to the address below, including the receipt sent in the original package:
C/ del Vern, 3, 1r pis
You may send your package using ordinary mail or any desired carrier. Remember HALE is not responsible for the shipping costs.
To exchange your item, you must follow the same procedure. Once refunded, you can make a new order of the model and size desired.
When and how will I receive my refund?
You will obtain your refund once we receive your email and check the item is in perfect conditions. You will be refunded as soon as possible using the same payment system that was used to make the purchase. Remember this amount does not include shipping fees.
